Marina was great to work with, and I am very happy with my piece. The first painting came damaged, so she actually offered to make me a whole new piece. It looked like someone had opened the package, so it wasn't Marina's fault, but rather part of the struggle of shipping overseas right now. The 2nd piece arrived packaged very well and was perfect. The colors are exactly as pictured online.

Delivery took a lot longer than was first anticipated ie 20th December 2018 and turned up 10th January 2019. Perhaps a different courier than Parcelforce, who quite honestly are not up to much even when items are posted within the UK. The package left Ukraine on 8th December and only arrived in UK on 31st December ? Parcelforce blamed it on the sought of delivery requested, I did point out to Parcelforce I could cycle that distance in the time it took! The item was package in an excellent manner. The photo on website showed the colour as an obvious blue but when the package turned up it was almost black. The artwork does look good on the wall though.

Marina's work is great! I will not tell that she paints well: the photos speak for her. I really appreciate the quality of the materials she uses and the way everything was packed. She likes her "babies" and the first thing you will feel when you open the box is the love with which she nourished them. Great work!!
