Buying from Mariann was a really lovely experience - we messaged a bit about the work, how I’d chosen it and Mariann gave some excellent tips about framing. This definitely added to the pleasure of the transaction. The print came very carefully packaged with a copy of Mariann’s mounting and framing suggestions. I’m delighted with my gorgeous new artwork.

Hi, the print is really lovely, but the item was packed whilst the ink was still wet. I have taken it to be framed and the packing was removed at the framing shop, but it took a lot of time to peel off the packing and a lull of the ink is blurred. Even in the shop the ink was still tacky. Jon

Jon, I am so sorry!!! Why did you not return the print! Oilbased inks stay tacky for quite a while, but usually there is no problem with removing the plastic foam from the print, you should have gotten back to me and I would immediately have organised a return for you. As you can see from my reviews, I am very much for happy customers and pride myself on my good customer relations. I would much prefer that you return the print and we cancel the order. Did you not think the print looked like the photo either? I try so hard to represent the prints correctly so they are not a disappointment! Please get in touch and so we can find a solution, best regards, Mariann

Absolutely beautiful work. The colors are so vibrant, and the quality is great! Mariann was very kind and helpful in communicating with me, as my post office got confused on the delivery. Their fault, not the artist. So glad to have this piece and will be following this artist for sure!
