Seller communicated quickly and provided an update. Seller provided a beautiful and protected painting certificate. Painting were packaged well for fragility and to keep them dry. Tracking information provided and the paintings were shipped and arrived quickly. The listing was accurate. I will enjoy these unique pieces. I think both the artist and I were excited about the purchase and found home for her lovely art. I bought multiple pieces with one order and in doing so lost a discount that was offered. The problem was after putting something in my cart I continued to shop. It was my first time purchasing on this site. So what I would recommend to others is do not put anything in your cart and go back to shop. Write down what you are interested in, keep shopping until you are done - then put all the items in your cart at one time. I did contact the company through phone and email but was not able to obtain the discount offered. They gave me something else but not the full discount I was offered. Be forewarned before you go to check out.

I love my gorgeous painting that was delivered with care from the incredibly talented artist Lucie Jirku. I had been browsing Artfinder and Lucie's work caught my eye. I loved her use of color and geometric shapes in her nature landscapes. I reached out to Lucie to talk about creating a painting for my home with dimensions that could work in my living room. She put together a very clear proposal and she was in constant communication with me during the process.. She was also so professional and kind during the process. My canvas painting arrived with great care and was wrapped exceptional well. It is now in or living room and makes me and my family happy every day. Even my dog Daisy enjoys it. See photo below! It was such a pleasure to work with Lucie. She worked closely with me to discover what I was after and has come up with something that matches that perfectly and I love. Her communication was excellent throughout. Her painting is now really brightening up our living room and reminding us if a very happy time in our lives. I cant recommend lucie highly enough.

Our transaction with Lucie could not have been better. She was very friendly and communicative. The painting was packaged very well and made it from Czech Republic to the United States in less than a week. It arrived ready to hang with two sawtooth hangers on the back. We're very happy with the painting, Lucie, and the whole Artfinder experience.

My experience of dealing with Lucie was first class. As soon as I placed the order, she sent me a message with her shipping intentions. Furthermore she also gave me valuable insight regarding her inspiration and process for creating the piece. The picture was delivered when stated, and the packaging was professionally done. All round everything worked brilliantly!

I could not be more delighted with Lucie’s painting. It arrived incredibly quickly especially given the current situation. It was very securely packaged. The painting is as crisp and clean as I hoped it would be. Lucie deserves every success.
