The painting was packed very well and shipped promptly. Unfortunately the package became in lost somewhere in the labyrinth of either Canada Post or Canada Customs. Louise responded very quickly to my enquiries and could not have been more helpful in attempting to track the missing painting when Canada Post were unable or unwilling to help me. In addition Louise offered to repaint the painting, replace with an alternate or refund my payment. She was fantastic. I opted to wait and the painting finally arrived in perfect condition. It is everything I hoped for. Thanks Louise.

It was so unusual to find a painting of our village, I just had to buy this. The description was perfect, and the picture was sent by Special Delivery, and arrived quickly. We have bought a painting by this artist previously, and this purchase will hang alongside.
