I purchased two pictures as a gift for my Father. Not only was Ken prompt and helpful in my communication with him, he was also kind enough to take the time to write a personal note to my Father. The pictures arrived in perfect condition and I am delighted with them. I shall certainly buy from Ken again and would highly recommend him to others.

It is always a pleasure to understand why a person is purchasing a picture, and the fact that you'd chosen them for their Welsh connections to remind your father of his homeland was very thoughtful of you, which made me want to write something that would be meaningful too.
