Everything just went perfect!!! Julijana informed me immediately about delivery status, the artwork arrived much more quicker than expected and was packed and wrapped soooo carefully! It arrived in perfect condition. Me and my family really love this artwork!! The colors just give me a warm feeling, they even look much more better than on the homepage. This painting really makes me feel happy and smile whenever I look at it. Thank you so much!!!

The painting arrived perfectly packaged and on time and making the order was a breeze. The quality of the painting met my expectations. The pictures of the painting on the artist’s webpage confused me as they were out of scale in relation to the other objects in the picture so i was not sure of the actual size until I received it

Thank you for your review. Regarding the dimensions of the painting: The dimensions of each painting are specified exactly. In addition, to avoid such events as you just described, each description of the painting is marked with a warning: "Please note that the images with the background are not to scale and are for display purposes only. Please refer to the dimensions mentioned." Since the dimension for each painting are specified exactly, I’m a bit surprised by your statement that you didn't know the actual size until you received it. In addition, I strive to be in constant contact with the buyer during the transaction, from purchase to delivery. This was also in your case. You received a thank you note, you received a notification on the day the shipment was shipped, and on the day you were served the shipment. Also, you received a request from me to let me know if you received the shipment and whether the shipment was in good condition. You have not answered any of my emails. Therefore it’s hard for me to understand why you rated my communication with a three star rating. Nonetheless. Thank you for your review, and I will do my best to improve my service in the future. It was a genuine pleasure communicating with Julijana Ravbar about her wonderful work. This painting looked amazing on the website but is so much more beautiful and rich 'in person'. The information about its delivery was immediate and comprehensive and the packaging could not have been better. The painting arrived in perfect condition with certificate and a personal note from the artist. She is a tremendous artist who does her best to ensure a warm and professional relationship with her buyers. Very highly recommended.

I cannot praise Julijana highly enough. Her communication regarding the purchase and delivery was excellent and her packing of the painting was done with the utmost care. On opening, the artwork is just perfect, the painting technique is wonderful and the colouring is exactly as it looked on screen and even better on sight. A very high quality piece which I will treasure.

Absolutely Beautiful piece ! From the moment I put the order through she had great communication from initial thank you note to staying in contact until it was delivered safe and sound. She kindly let me know when she would be shipping the painting, when the painting shipped and kept me informed of the shipment progress. The shipping was surprising very fast and arrived wrapped and packaged VERY well ! The painting it self is STUNNING and I absolutely LOVE it ! It came ready to hang which was great because I was able to hang it up right away. I love the colors the layers and just the whole feeling and mood of this painting. It really gives off a fun fresh uplifting energizing feeling that makes a perfect addition to my living area. Thank you so much it will be treasured !
