This was my first purchase on Artfinder and my first ever artwork bought online! Juliana made the whole process very smooth, efficient and personal at the same time. The packaging was amazing. It took me quite awhile to unpack each perfectly wrapped painting. Juliana didn’t leave even a chance of it getting damaged. Unexpectedly, I also received a Christmas card and a small painting as a gift. It was big surprise. Incredibly thoughtful and generous. Overall, it was a lovely experience as well as a great purchase. I am looking forward to seeing more of Juliana’s work.

Julijana was excellent to deal with in every way. She thanked me for buying the paintings almost immediately and told me when they would be shipped. She then informed me when they had shipped and provided the tracking details for me to follow. She also contacted me the day they were scheduled to arrive to confirm they had arrived ok. The three paintings were perfectly packaged and addressed. The photographs and descriptions on the site were 100% accurate. Finally and most importantly, we are delighted with our purchases.
