Work arrived, took longer than expected but pretty sure it was the mail that was slow. Got the print framed and it looks great hanging on my wall. Love it.

Hi Sarah Really glad that you love the prin - it is proving very popular in the UK as well. You are correct about it being the postal services' fault that it was later than I had stated - I just repeated their information but have since learned that that is a minimum time. They do not quote a maximum time. In future will keep in mind the uncertainty factor ahead of providing buyers with a specific date. Best wishes Janis

You do beautiful work and I love my sweet "wren with violets." I was wondering about the slightly blueish tint to it - which I wasn't expecting. Was that the paper or ink? It appears online that your piece with the porcelin bowl may have the same coloration? Both are lovely pieces. Thank you.

Dear Sheryl Glad you like the picture. When I print my etchings I always mix black and Prussian blue- the image on Artfinder indicates this I hope . As each one is printed separately the colour does vary a little. Best wishes Janis

Beautiful. Even better than I had hoped. A background tint in a lovely shade of blue. Janis was able to give me some really helpful advice in choosing a suitable frame. Great communication. The picture is currently being framed and I can't wait for it's return.
