Beautiful piece! My artwork arrived crushed (not the artist's fault!) so I've been trying to restore it.

Hi Emily- am shocked to hear this. I’ve found cardboard rolls ( up to now) to be a safe way to transport the etchings. Work which I’ve packed flat had sometimes been folded over by couriers demonstrating their strength or something. How damaged is it? The best solution might be for you to let me know the number of the edition and I will print you another copy using that number. Once it has arrived ( we’re talking January) and presuming it arrives in good condition, you must tear up the damaged one. Let me know if this is a good solution. I’d love to see a photo of how it arrived if you have one. Best wishes Janis

The print is lovely, really beautiful. Delivery to Germany took much longer than expected, for various reasons. Janis communicated the progress as best she could and was apologetic about the delays but there wasn't much that anyone could do.
