This seller/artist was fantastic to communicate with. As soon as I bought the item, he sent me an email thanking me and telling me that he was going to ship in the next day or two and would follow up with me when he did. He followed up with me twice and then sent me the tracking # so I knew when it would arrive. Not only did he send the painting quickly, but the way the art work was wrapped and protected was done in a very caring manner. Thank you Jakub, my home now has a little more color!

Thank you very much for your prompt delivery of my witch. I have now had her professionally framed and she is indeed an imposing piece of art. I think that pencil drawings are often overlooked but Jakub proves that they are definitely worthy of wall space.

Jakub is a gifted and talented artist and this portrait is reminiscent of one of the greats. He also cares a great deal about his work which is evident in the quality of his packaging. I am looking forward to seeing more of his work.

Beautiful piece. Packaging was superb and the artwork arrived perfectly safe. I love this painting so much. She'll be proudly framed and hanged in a special place at my home. Many thanks Jakub :)

Fantastic experience, art it just perfect especially as it was a gift to my husband. He loves it so much. Jakub is very talented and it is not the only piece of his art we purchased so far. Packaging was very secure and the whole delivery process was quick and easy. I would only recommend this artist as not only you get a perfect piece of art but also amazing service.
