I was concerned that the picture was to be shipped from the US over the Christmas period with the consequent risk of damage however it was very well packed and arrived in virtually pristine condition.

Beautiful work, looks amazing next to another one we also purchased from Gavin depicting another block of flats. I love its realistic style. The painting arrived perfectly wrapped and shortly after we had purchased it. I will follow up Gavin's work in the near future as I really love his work.

I bought this work together with another one by Gavin depicting a different block of flats, and they both look fantastic. The paintings were perfectly packed to avoid any damaged, and arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. I think Gavin is a brilliant artist and will definitely be following his work in the future.
