The painting came well wrapped with no damage. The only issue was the US Postal Service took their time delivering it. Emma was very personable and made sure to keep in contact with tracking and updates until the painting finally made it to me. Other than her amazing work, I would recommend this artist for keeping in contact and making sure everything was satisfactory.

I am sorry for the delay you had in receiving your painting although I did communicate that during these covid times some paintings have had a delay in getting to their destinations on time and some are fine! These are totally out of our control at the moment. I am very pleased you love your painting however! That is the main thing! Enjoy your painting and thank you again for choosing my work :)

A lovely cheerful painting, a perfect birthday gift for my mum, with bright happy flowers. This arrived impressively fast and well-wrapped. Emma had even added some cards and a print as she knew it is a birthday gift. Her friendliness and thoughtfulness made buying this even more special.
