Shame the painting came a little damaged with a dent in the painting one side. Not quite a hole. Am sure it got there due to shipping handling and being so far to travel. Painting is hanging in my lounge and reminds me daily of my prodigal daughter who I still love very much and wish her well in her Devon home with Hubby Chris.

I’m sorry the painting arrived damaged. This can happen in extremely rare occasions despite thorough and careful packaging. Hence why my artworks are always fully insured during their journey. Please can you send me photos of the damage to the picture and the packaging so that I can raise a claim with UPS to compensate you. Best wishes, Dawn

Pretty photo as shown, was packed pretty lightly but the artwork wasn't damaged. Would buy again from this artist - but would hope more care would be taken with packaging.

Thanks for your feedback. I haven't had any problems with the reinforced envelopes I use for works on paper. However, I shall take your comments on board and add more cardboard particularly when posting overseas.

Even more beautiful than it looked on online, picture was delivered quickly and well packaged. The artist sent me great hanging advice, and now, on my wall, I can appreciate the colour, depth and glazes.
