At first glance many people have thought the painting was a photograph. But while Christopher's skill set achieves a sense of realism, his painter's hand is not left behind for the sake of hyper realism. The result is soft and romantic and poignant. William Lewis

Marble Sky is beautifully painted and brings back happy memories of times spent by the beach in Brighton. It looks perfect on the wall and I hope I can buy more of Christopher's works one day ...

It came very quickly and beautifully wrapped. It's got such accurate detailing - and is so evokative of the Fens. I love it.

I like the "photo-realism" style - as you examine it you realise it is not a photo and that is is in fact painted. That the painting is not what it appears to be is part of its charm. Still trying to organise a frame. Alan
