A VERY EFFICIENT AND PUNCTUAL DELIVERY. THE PAINTING WAS PACKED IN A WOODEN CRATE THAT WAS BRILLIANT. NO CHANCE OF ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

Dear David, thank you so much for such a wonderful review! I loved it! My wooden crates (for paintings larger than 120 cm) are professionally made and customized to each artwork. They are a bit expensive, but I prefer to ensure that my artworks arrive safely than have them ruined and a very unhappy customer! I am a professional artist and, besides my obvious passion for what I do, I run a business and quality and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance to me. Packaging damaged in transit even though covered in fragile tape. Not the sellers problem as painting was intact.

First class service in every way. The picture is even better in person than shown on the website. Aside from the delivery having taken several days longer than anticipated (and that would seem to me to be out of the seller's hands), everything was in ship-shape.

The parcel cleared customs 2 days before the ETA, so it should have been delivered to you on time. I don't know why it took almost another week for USPS to deliver it, but I can imagine it: Christmas is almost here and the postal services are really, really busy!
