Packaging damaged in transit even though covered in fragile tape. Not the sellers problem as painting was intact.

First class service in every way. The picture is even better in person than shown on the website. From my first enquiry to receiving correspondence from Carla once everything was sent I have been hugely impressed and couldn't praise Carla enough. I will be sure to order more works in the future. Aside from the delivery having taken several days longer than anticipated (and that would seem to me to be out of the seller's hands), everything was in ship-shape.

The parcel cleared customs 2 days before the ETA, so it should have been delivered to you on time. I don't know why it took almost another week for USPS to deliver it, but I can imagine it: Christmas is almost here and the postal services are really, really busy! Carla informed me of the date of dispatch and the expected arrival with tracking no. of the painting. It arrived well packaged and with no damage to the parcel, the whole process was very quick and took 2 weeks. The painting is more than I hoped for and took my breath away the first time I saw it at close quarters. It is stunning and vibrant, it draws your eye to where it hangs without dominating the room. This experience has been entirely pleasurable and I would highly recommend Carla Sa Fernandes as an artist and an honest reliable seller.
