Not too much communication at the beginning. Painting arrived safely but could have been better packaged as there were 3 tears in the packaging, but the painting was in tact. I like the painting very much but would like it to have been a bit more ready for hanging. I think I will have to get it framed to be able to enjoy it better.

Dear Claire, thank you for taking your time to review your experience! I am happy to hear you like the painting and that it arrived safely although the packaging was a little damaged. The painting is done on gallery wrapped canvas, the edges are painted and you received it with a hook on the back, "ready to hang", as stated in the listing, but of course you may get it framed, if you like it better! As to communication, I sent you a message to inform you that the artwork was already shipped and asked you to get back to me to let me know if it arrived safely when you receive it and if you had any other question. I didn't receive a reply from you, so I guessed everything was fine! I will take your comments into consideration to improve my service! I hope to see you again soon at my store! All the best, Carla

Delivered on time and in perfect condition with appropriate communications from the vendor, all good and i`ll be happy to buy again from CSF

A beautiful painting by a very talented artist, if you like abstracts this is good artist to buy from. The paints used are metallic and it looks beautiful hung on my wall. The pictures of her work do not do justice to the actual paintings. As you can tell Im a very satisfied customer.

The artwork is of fantastic quality and we are very happy. Packaging was also superb , unfortunately Portugal post lost the parcel for a few weeks so it was not delivered as originally planned. Having said that it was well worth waiting for . Carla did keep us well informed throughout the process.

As you know, Christmas Season is very busy for Postal Services, so it took them a little longer than usual to locate it. Due to this occurrence, I decided to upgrade all my shipping for painting sizes 90 cm and above to UPS, on Christmas Season, to see if I can avoid any other stressing situation like this one. A VERY EFFICIENT AND PUNCTUAL DELIVERY. THE PAINTING WAS PACKED IN A WOODEN CRATE THAT WAS BRILLIANT. NO CHANCE OF ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

They are a bit expensive, but I prefer to ensure that my artworks arrive safely than have them ruined and a very unhappy customer!
