This piece arrived safely and far exceeded my expectations! After a great deal of effort on Barbara's part to sort out shipping to Australia, we finally got sorted and all turned out for the best. Thank you for all your help and assistance with getting this to me! The picture is absolutely delightful, the colours and detail are quite superb, and take the viewer right into the scenic countryside in the UK. Bravo on a lovely piece. I'm so impressed with Barbara Harlow's work and this painting in particular really spoke to me and I just had to have it (although there are a few more of her's on my wish list). So reminiscent of the days I Spent on The beach with my children, love the textures and the colours of the painting. Would have loved it in a larger scale even more, but really happy with it thank you so much Barbara

Thirst no more! This lovely Babbling Brook just arrived today and I'm stunned- It's so gorgeous! I absolutely love the way the water appears to be sparkling when I look at it. The brook is captured so beautifully shimmering in this scene, and I imagine putting both hands in and knowing how cool and rapidly moving the water would feel. It's great when a painting "takes you away" like this one. It's up on my wall and like a mini vacation every time I look at it. :-)
