    Opening day for Ely Art Society Annual Exhibition. August 8th until August 21 st 2016. Open every day from 10 am - 4 pm. Opening day always gives me a buzz.

    I have been out painting with my arty friends for the past 4 Wednesday's. Lucky with good weather so far. So nice to be able to see the true colours of the landscape around us. Hopefully getting plenty of information to use during the winter .

    WORKSHOPS

    WORKSHOPS

    Three years ago a friend and I decided to start a painting group. We hired a local hall and invited a few artists to join us. Now there is a waiting list. We paint all day every Wednesday. Now and again a tutor is invited to give help and advise to those that want it. It is so nice to meet, paint and share ideas. We have been holding two exhibitions a year at the Babylon Arts Gallery on the riverside in Ely. I am pleased to say they have been very successful. The next one is this coming Easter 2016.
