This review is not just about Joseph Mahon, but about Artfinder itself. I discovered this site shortly after moving to our new home and have been visiting it daily every since. I find that my tastes have expanded hugely and I just want to buy more and more. I have wallpapered our walls with the most fabulous paintings and among these are several by Joseph Mahon. His style is distinctive, his use of colour, evocative - one can almost feel the light and shade. I feel truly fortunate to be living with some of his works.

I have only recently discovered AF, and am like a kid in a candy shop. Already, I have bought two paintings from Joseph Mahon and to my utter astonishment - and joy, he added an extra with his compliments! He is a wonderful artist with such an appreciation of the subtleties of light and shade - not to mention, his ability to depict these in glorious watercolour. He is a pleasure to deal with and I am so pleased to have his work hanging in our home.
