The painting is absolutely beautiful, even more so in person. It has a lovely impressionist quality in that the scene becomes more distinct when viewed from a distance. The brush strokes are bold and vibrant yet evoke a tender scene. Everything about the piece was as described by the artist, including the size, the type of canvas, the medium, and the style. We could not be more pleased. The artist's communication with us was helpful and kind. The photo shows the start of a gallery wall at our beach cottage. Though we are just starting our project, I'm already enjoying the way this painting fits into the casual mix of high and low art and vintage craft pieces! We ordered the canvas frame from pictureframes.com.

The painting(s) are beautiful. Can't wait to get them back from the framers! Love your style. Ironically we were supposed to be visiting Ireland this summer but had to cancel for a number of reasons including Covid 19, so these paintings will hold us over until we can travel there. Joseph is a joy to purchase from. I love his art and they bring me great joy in our home. Excellent service and very good delivery. I have one question, regarding framing, any tips or hints to get the best presentation of the piece would be appreciated. About type of frame, size of frame or type of frame. Joseph do you have a preference to type of frame for your work. How do you like to see your work presented ? Art finder thank you also you’re doing a great job

Hi Vera, Thank you so much for your review, you are too kind. I alas, am no expert when it comes to framing, but with any acrylic pieces on paper, under a mount under glass just like a watercolour. With this piece probably a neutral mount and a frame to match or enhance a colour in the piece. Best wishes Joseph Mahon
