First of all, I absolutely love-love-love this painting! The smaller size makes it even more adorable and it is well worth the cost. It also has a very European feeling to it because of the paint and canvas style. The Seller used excellent communications and tracked the package daily. Thank you, Anne!! Best, Kendra

the painting was sold and dispatched unfinished,i vas not told when i purchase but find enclose a note saying it has to be varnished in september 2017 I am very disappointed and although i like the painting i unfortunately will never buy from this artist again

I am so sorry for this misunderstanding but I have to explain you that oil paintings can never been varnished before one complete year. If you do it before your painting can be damaged. So as it was explained in your parcel, the painting has been varnished with a temporary varnish, and will be able to be definitively varnished only in one year. It is not compulsory but preferable. Sorry for this misunderstanding but oil painting is not like acrylic painting. So this painting is really finished but you have to respect this time of complete drying for its conservation. For the communication: it seems that you did'nt read my message posted on the 2th of december. You never answered. Instead of writing "i unfortunately will never buy from this artist again", you could have ask me.

Beautiful painting very well done. Not sure about black tape around the edge so have put a frame around it in white. I had to collect from Post Office as incomplete address. My house name which is usual in UK was not included. The house name and Postal Code would have got it to me without anything else, which is not the case in France so seller should be made aware in future. Well packaged in a box. Very pleased despite a few hiccups in the delivery.

I didn't have it in the shipping address, but you gave it to me after. Fortunately I contacted the post-office twice, and I am very happy that it arrived now without any damage, and finally in time for Christmas. I still don't understand why they didn't phone you? In France I had to write your phone number on the parcel and after they don't use it... Anyway, very pleased with this transaction!
