Anna is the most kind and professional business lady I have ever dealt with. Her work speaks for itself. But her professionalism is outstanding. The company she used to ship the sculpture lost the first piece. She went out of her way to get information about what the problem was and did everything she could to make sure I was taking care of at the same time. She constantly emailed me about what was going on and suggestions what would make me happy. After the shipping company had no results she remade the sculpture and sent it through a different company to me at her loss. The sculpture is spectacular and moving. I am so lucky to have a piece of her Art in my collections. Anna is the sweetest lady you will want to do business with. She cares about you and your needs first. That is very rare to have ethics of that standard in world today. I recommend her beautiful Art workmanship but also her goodness as a beautiful, wonderful lady. The sculpture is just beautiful. It was a gift to an engaged couple, and they absolutely love it. The seller was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way.

Life has been quite difficult recently, but one day I heard birds singing, looked up at the sky and sang ‘It’s great to be alive!’ That’s exactly what Andrea’s piece sings to me every time I look at it. It’s beautifully and delicately made, and so expressive. Andrea’s communication, packaging, dispatch etc was excellent— the only holdup was apparently for a few days at customs which is probably to be expected since Brexit.

Communication and response time was extremely impressive. However there were some issues with delivery/packing. It took several attempts to get the sculpture delivered undamaged. Saying that I don't know who was ultimately responsible for the damage and I would without hesitation buy again from Andreadi again. Excellent service and product!
