This was the first version of a commissioned painting to sort deposit. Ana kept in great contact and emailed me with pictures as she worked and adapted her work as we discussed it. She was wonderful to work with and her final work has a place of honour in my home where everyone sees it! I have reviewed the final version but this has had a ‘review request’ remaining and so I have reviewed this first draft too. It was a wonderful experience for me and Ana the perfect artist for this work. I can strongly recommend Ana who was both thoughtful and sensitive to my wishes - while I hope I respected her artistic skill and integrity - as well as her being a wonderful artist.

Hi ANA I’ve bought over 250 pieces of art in 40 years and I count this piece by Ana as one of my important oils of all time. The beautiful colors and brush strokes used to bring out skin texture and hair curls are magnificent. The long elongated neck touches other famous artist of past. This painting is in my 22 foot entrance way and helps set the tone of color and beauty. Everyone who has visited loves the painting. Thank you Ana for this gift and timely, well packaged shipment.

Love this piece, the colours and texture are terrifically vivid and really sum up the vibrancy of the city. The Sagrada nestled in between it's surroundings is a fitting motif. Shipping and packaging all great. Thanks.

Dear Ana Maria, Thank you for your continual up-date and information on the delivery of your work. I was able to track the delivery and everything went smoothly. The package arrived safely and a few days earlier than you may have expected, so the tracking was well worth it. I liked the art on artfinder but in reality its even better. Deep colours, rich tones and thick paint purposely applied giving it depth. It maybe small but it shouts look at me! This is no 'wall flower'!

I commissioned this painting and it was a wonderful experience. Ana was thoughtful and sensitive to what I wanted and I so appreciated it and her attitude. The painting is perfect - exactly what I had hoped for - and indeed even better. We agreed price, time scale and size together with subject before I paid a deposit, so everything was smooth sailing and a real pleasure. Ana is great. The colours in the painting are amazing - and it is of a place that holds memories for me and which Ana knows well and has painted before. This painting, with its wonderful creative colours, evokes the spirit of the place and Ana ensured the colours I love. I have never commissioned before and it was truly positive, being sent a sketch at the beginning and a first version which I was able to comment on and Ana cheerfully made amendments. I cannot thank her enough. A lovely experience and a wonderful painting which I treasure. Ana’s caring and thoughtfulness made the process particularly good. I would certainly recommend her as a skilled creative artist and also a thoughtful intuitive person. Ana, thank you so much!

So glad you enjoy my Paris ABSTRACT CITYSCAPE. As you saw this work is part of my series Abstract Cityscapes. I started this series many years ago. Painted Paris, Barcelona, Istanbul, Florence, Venice and other cities in this abstract manner. I just love to stylize the architectonic details of the panoramic views of cities.
