“Here is The Owl Of Chocolate And Charm, an owl who enjoys light reading, long baths and confidence building seminars...These cute little drawings are unique, funny, poignant and sometimes just plain silly...but they do make me laugh when I work on them! I find myself tapping into the habits and behaviours of people I have met or heard chatting and using the information collected, I start to draw. It's then my task to create an Owl who has human traits and desires and behaviours. My hope is that viewers will see a drawing and think...'That's just like me'...or...'That's just like my pal Helen'...and they will enjoy the work because I've hit on something particular to them...or, they'll just find it so random that it'll give them a giggle each time they see it.”
