Art of the Day: "Rye in the Snow, 2013" by Brian Tucker

“Until Christmas all proceeds from sales will be donated to the charity Children in Need. This watercolour painting was inspired by visit to Rye one winter day. This old and beautiful town in Sussex is a favourite place of mine and offers artists many opportunities for subjects to paint. After 40 years working in Aerospace, I now enjoy painting watercolours of the many places we have and continue to visit; I hope others may find my paintings pleasant reminders of exciting holidays and travel that they too have undertaken!”
