“The latest in my 'pop art food' series is an image of a traditional American-style pancake stack. The pancakes come with blueberries, and a generous helping of maple syrup and cream. Just in time for pancake day! Everything is set against my trademark sky blue background and outlined using a black Posca paint pen. I love reducing food stuffs to colourful graphic-art style images.”
