“In the photo series Japonaiserie, I wanted to share my interest for the culture of the land of the rising sun. The idea of a series inspired on fairytales was born from the encounter with the local Japanese community. Fairytales are not mere bedtime’ stories, they are window on the culture and spiritual belief of a society. Drifted along by my imagination, I created this series, as a dream captured by my camera.”
