"Listen to the Colour #4 (Nymphaea - Water Lily)" gives me the strong impression of blossoms, of tender lilies in a hidden romantic pond. Nevertheless, it is a really bold, punchy and edgy abstract. The colours are bright, though tender and organic (white, rose, blue, green and orange as main colours).
The title of the series refers to people who are known as syntesthetes - that means that the stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second.
