“I live in Holland and days are usually colored in gray here... so we take every sunny day as a gift. In this painting is all my love for that kind of weather: sunny, no wind, warm and calm. Walking on such a day brings the soul to rest. I wanted to keep that mood in this painting. As a reminder, wherever you are, that after grey days always come sun and colors.”
