Wonderful natural world artwork by Yuliia. Very well-packaged: artworks were individually packaged, then placed between foam boards. Far more secure than cardboard-only - especially for international delivery. Looking forward to having Yuliia's work mounted & framed. Certainly a seller I'll purchase from again. Thoroughly recommended.

The art work took months to arrive and there was great confusion over how it was to be delivered. I eventually found out (via the artist when I chased about non delivery) that there was a customs fee to pay, however I would not have known that without communications from Russia!!!!! I then got a tracking reference which wouldn’t work in the Royal Mail system and I had to sit on the phone for nearly TWO HOURS to finally speak to someone to get this sorted out. Once I got through, it was easy and the artwork was delivered two days later but overall it was a giant faff. I’m not sure this was anyone’s fault, as we are mid pandemic and really, it’s a miracle I got it at all. The artist was very helpful and responded promptly throughout. The art work was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I love it and it was worth the wait.
