hello sorry to hear that, i am selling my art from 2013 all over the world without complaints from customer. and didn't have returned products from customer. my artwork is a totally original mix of media. start with the idea and with the unique process. I combines many layers and shapes, like flowers, wood everything that I can find in my surrounding, then i engage all together in to a digital process. I paint in advance many layers and then bring them to the digital. I draw the face in advance and then give it another touch with the digital to get the quality of the drawing I want to provide. I mixed all layers together to get a unique look. Then I print it on a very high quality of canvas in an artistic process called giclee print, to get the best results. then I work on the canvas with brushes, ink, graphite, acrylic in a traditional way, in a very accurate and a thin layer of colours to get an accurate, and a smooth feeling. It is not a coarse layer of colorus, it is very smooth and thin. I protect it with over varnish laqa . my process allowing me to create my unique style and identity. the client get a one of a kind original.

The painting is beautiful absolutely gorgeous. The only problem i had was that the painting was outside my house, just sitting. Felt that was unsafe and could've been damaged or stolen easily.

hello i am very very sorry to hear that they have left it in front of your door it is a door to door fast shipment and they had to give it to you in your hands and not to leave it in your door... i will check it with the post because i am selling like this for many years and no one ever complained about shipment and packaging.. thanks for your comment i hope you will enjoy it..
