Dear Yaroslav Yasenev Thank you so much for your magnificent painting, which arrived at our house today. My husband and I both loved it for its striking colours and the strong combination of the wind-battered, leaning palm with the blue moon behind it. We’ve previously been involved in the Arts, with my husband, a former teacher and artist just retiring from teaching. Previously, also, we were on the Board of an arts organisation started by a friend, which placed artworks in a number of places around the town, where non-gallery goers might encounter them. Eventually we were able to cover select artists’ costs, saving them applying for funding. Northampton is a shoe town and many buildings have cobblers’ lofts at the back of them for shoe-making and finishing. The town also has a Boot and Shoe Museum. One of the artists got staff to clear one of the huge glass display case; he then sat huddled in the back corner of the case, making beautiful tiny white, card shoes hour after hour, like the cobblers of old must have done with leather shoes. When someone finally let him out of the case, he left a pile of tiny, white shoes as the artwork. We also used to receive contributions to the arts week from renowned, local artist Linda Sgoluppi, who is now featured online by Saatchi Galleries, as I see you are. Recently, after illness, she has produced beautiful drawings. However, previously, she was known for doing large abstract paintings. I Thank you also for your kind message with the artwork and for the great stickers! We’ll put them where people as well as us can see them! I was glad to show some generosity to you too, behind the scenes. I got 10% off the price of the artwork, as a first-time buyer. However, that day Artfinder were also offering discounts of 20% and 30%. I didn’t pursue them, as I wanted more of the money to go to you as the artist. The restoration of the room where your painting is to hang has unfortunately slowed down as a plasterer let us down. However, the planned colour scheme is dark lavender with orange highlights. Your painting will hang on a dark lavender wall.. I will send you updates in time. For now, thank you again for the magnificent artwork. We bought one of Yaroslav's beautiful paintings for my brother's wedding present, and he and his wife absolutely love it. The colours and vibrancy are fantastic and it looks great on their wall. Throughout the buying process, Yarolslav was great to deal with, he was always very quick to respond and he wrote a beautiful note for us to include in the package as well as some really lovely postcards and other little bits and pieces. The delivery was efficient and straightforward. We hope that my brother goes on to collect more of Yarolslav's work as the fun and energy really suit their family. Would highly recommend!

As it's my 40th this year, I splurged on four of Yaroslav's pieces that I loved for our home, which is quite contemporary. The art is beautiful and exciting and I am thrilled to see it on my walls. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pieces are even nicer in real life compared to what you see onscreen, because you can see the texture and they catch light in interesting ways. The colours are vibrant and energetic, which we wanted. Yaroslav was a pleasure to deal with, communicated really promptly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I even received two small pieces and a selection of lovely postcard sized prints as an unexpected gift, which I expect I'll frame and use as a collage somewhere. Absolutely delighted!! Thank you Yaroslav!!

This picture is AMAZING!!! I am So delighted with it. Communication with Yaroslav was excellent throughout the process, the parcel arrived very well protected and very promptly. Yaroslav went the extra mile to make sure that the picture was well framed and that everything was perfect. His customer service is absolutely the best.
