We liked the two paintings from the first moment and were eager to make the order. Now that we received them we feel very happy and prowd to own them! Yuliya was very helpfull in all our enquiries and very flexible to help us overcome some personal technical issues with the payment process. Delivery was smooth and packaging very protective.

Delivery arrangements left a lot to be desired. Saying on or around 13/10.2017 is not specific enough to warrant being taken any notice of. A two hour period on a given date would be acceptable. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase

Glad you liked the painting. Sorry about the delivery. I will try looking into different couriers for the future sales that may give a timeline of arrival on the day though its difficult for small parcels. Easier to have a designated place for drop offs. Kind regards
