We just received our print and it's beautiful!! Since we are in the states it did take about 4 weeks (which is normal). The communication was excellent. We were notified of every step of the process and tracking. I wouldn't hesitate to order another print. I haven't had it framed yet but will send a photo when I do. 5 stars!!

It’s always a little nerve-racking, ordering some thing from so far away. However, I found the experience to be very efficient and everything ultimately turned out perfectly. There was a glitch in their software where I was double charged, but that was easily corrected. Also, because it was from another country the tracking information didn’t Translate to something I could use. I would have had less anxiety had I’ve been able to track the package but again, the customer service representative dealt with my concerns and found a way for me to track my package. It arrived slightly smooshed, but I believe once I take it to the framers, they will be able to smooth it out as the paper stock was a very high-quality. Very pleased.
