I ordered one of Vio’s arts and it came broken firstly, however, she done everything that she could in order to sorted it out. We arranged another shipment of the artwork and it came safe and sound. Dear Eric, you placed your order during my store's official holiday mode (14 days before the end). I sent you the artwork as soon as I could (4 days before the end of my holidays) and informed you immediately. Then you sent me a very rude and unpolite letter. Then I sent you screenshots, explanations and apoligies. After you had problems with tracking of the parcel and I helped you with this. You've got your order 2 days earlier than it takes usually to reach from Europe to USA. 12 days instead of 14 minimal. Then you wrote this actually offensive review. And again I tried to be patient with you and offered to take my artwork back, even asked AF team to suggest it for you. But seems you refused. You don't like my work so much that even don't want to get your money back. So, I forgive you all the stress and negativity you brought in my life. Enjoy my beautiful artwork and be happy.
