We couldn't be more pleased with Vikashini and the sculpture we purchased. From the instant we made the purchase, Vikashini contacted us to thank us and let us know she would keep us updated on the status of the delivery. She did just that. We could have easily tracked it ourselves online, but the personalization of the the status updates from Vikashini made it feel like we were not just another transaction. The piece came delivered in a timely manner and was packaged well to avoid damage during shipment. The sculpture itself was beautiful online, but even better in person. We are excited to own this piece and display it in our home. Thank you Vikashini.

A lovely bright colourful and cheerful painting, which looks even better in real life than on the webpage. Bursting with character and charm. It arrived very promptly and was well packed and nicely wrapped inside like a gift, and included a personal message from the artist and some extra fee gifts too. The artist also went the extra mile with updates on postage and stages and status in delivery.

An incredible artist who kept me updated from day one on my purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from her! I love her art and her personal message attached with the painting and the amazing free gifts that she added as a surprise are so amazing and thoughtful! Thank you so much I love all of it!

I love Vikashinis paintings , amazing texture and colour, so vibrant. Also the experience of dealing with her is great. She keeps in touch regarding the delivery. Her wrapping is fabulous, colourful, with a beautiful hand written note included, and also a watercolour as a gift, also beautiful. It is an experience to open up a package from her. I cannot praise her enough.

I absolutely love this piece ! Also Vikashini put a lot of effort into the packaging and shipping with gift wrapping and a small gift enclosed. Communication was also top notch throughout. Thank you so much.

From start to finish this was a great transaction . Vikashini kept me updated throughout as to when my painting would arrive from India as Covid 19 had shut all postal services. I even received a phone call as Vikashini was very concerned about me having to wait.. When my painting arrived it was very well packaged and the painting was beautifully gift wrapped! Not only that I had some extra postcards also and one with a little biography. Really nice touch. The painting is really lovely and my dealings with Vikashini throughout have been an absolute joy.

I am a big fan of Vikashini Palanisamy’s work and her use of non-recyclable materials in a beautiful landscape piece was inspiring to me. Excellent communication and swift delivery. I will gladly purchase more work in future and will cherish this painting in my home. Thank you.

Due to Covid 19 the picture was delayed, however Vikashini kept me informed regularly of it's progress going out of her way to call me and message me with updates. I really appreciated this. The picture arrived in perfect condition - nicely gift wrapped and included some extra thank you gifts and a hand written note addressed to me informing me of the inspiration behind the painting and the methods she used to create it which I was so grateful for. She made me feel very special. The painting now hangs in my hallway bringing a smile to my face every time I enter and leave my house. Vikashini is not only an excellent painter but also a considerate and kind person. I'm glad I have bought a painting off such as nice person; it makes it all the more pleasing. Thank you Vikashini and good luck in your career as a painter!
