    Art for me is an unique escape from the trap of a routine office environment. It is an opportunity to let your mind travel across the borders and continents. Making a piece of art is like visiting the most remote and forgotten places on Earth with the help of just one tool – your imagination.

    My art journey started with sumi-e, a Japanese ink wash technique. This led me to see the beauty in simple and concise details which translated into my passion of reflecting on the evolving and eternal nature of the Universe. These days I mostly work with oils, which gives me the freedom to achieve the most subtle colors and shades.

     I see the process of painting as a language of self-learning, where my inner child can pick the certain color or certain strokes of a brush. In my works one might see exotic landscapes or peaceful rustic scenes, while for me all of them represent my vision of our divine and immense world.
