Good morning Paulo, You bought one of my works with an Artfinder frame. I know that you find that the delivery time was long. One month for delivery, it's too long, I agree. You give me a review that will tarnish my work while at least one year why ? ***You order the march 17, I have sent your artwork the march 19 with the tracking number. Look at this message copy : SUBJECT: YOUR ARTWORK Good morning, Your artwork is sent to the framer. It will arrive to destination in 5 or 6 days. The courrier is Colissimo international.The tracking number is CC794918425FR. Thank you very much. Friendly Thierry 19 Mar 2018, 4:46 p.m. Seen ***Your artwork was delivered to the framer the 2018, 23 march. This is a copy of the package tracking . Statut Localisation 23/03/2018 Votre colis est livré. Etats-Unis 23/03/2018 Votre colis est arrivé sur son site de distribution Etats-Unis 22/03/2018 Votre colis est en cours d'acheminement. Etats-Unis 22/03/2018 Votre colis est arrivé dans le pays de destination Etats-Unis 20/03/2018 Votre colis a quitté le pays d'origine. Centre Export 20/03/2018 Votre colis est en cours d'acheminement. Centre Export 20/03/2018 Votre colis est en cours d'acheminement. Bureau de Poste Plougasnou I did my job, five days to delivery to the framer. ***You receive your artwork framed the April 18. This is long I know but, the framing service is Artfinder's framing, not mine, I did my job the best I could and you punish me for something that I do not control. I will file a claim with Artfinder because I refuse to bear the consequences of something for which I am not responsible. I think you were not aware of the impact of a bad review. I do not blame you but this is the framing service that is responsible and it's me who pays.

Hi Artfinder I have received my chosen art work and couldn't be more pleased, each acrylic artwork was exactly as it showed online! Vibrant and colourful, drawing the eye in for closer inspection.
