My experience was overall positive. The parcel took much more than expected to arrive but that was not responsibility of the seller. The seller's communication was excellent throughout the process.

Hi Guillermo Thank you for your kind review. The delays experienced with delivery were unacceptable and you should have received an apology from DPD the courier. I really hope it won't put you off ordering in the future and I certainly will not be using this generally reputable company. I am as we speak painting more birch trees for others to share in their beauty. Kind regards Teresa

Very nice picture. I don't think it needed the mount around the edge so I took it off, but very happy.

Thank you for your lovely review, I agree as it happens about the mount, so glad you took it off! I shall be painting some more as I really enjoy the juxtaposition of pets with their owners ( especially cats)
