Teresa was a delight to deal with, and the art is absolutely gorgeous. I'm so thrilled to have found her! It was my first order through Artfinder, and I wasn't aware that the work would come already matted. Not a big deal, but I wouldn't have minded knowing beforehand. Other than that, the whole experience was wonderful and I am over the moon to have this painting in my home.

Thank you Claudia for a lovely review. I am so pleased you are enjoying the painting. We have been in discussion about the US/UK language disparity where we use 'mount' to mean 'matted' in the UK which may have led to some confusion, but all sorted out now. I have raised this issue with Artfinder and on their artist forum to ensure that other artists are aware of the occasional language terminology difference which will result in more accurate International descriptions. I really look forward to painting something that takes your fancy again in the future perhaps. Kind regards Teresa

The two paintings arrived Tuesday morning, by recorded delivery, having been ordered on Sunday afternoon. Very secure packaging too. That's really tremendous service, and Teresa's communications prior to this were equally excellent too. The oil paintings themselves are absolutely beautiful - fabulous to see in real life. I'm going to find a prominent place to hang them from - they deserve it! Overall a really wonderful customer experience - thanks Teresa and I wish you all the best in your ongoing career! Pete
