Recommended artist, brilliant communications and we love the picture. Ideally we'd like to have had the option to buy it framed as now, courtesy of lockdown, we have to wait for an undefined time to access a framer so we can display it! The 3* delivery mark was not Teresa's fault, but because Parcel Force's delivery process is dreadful - if you don't answer the door quickly at 7:45am, that's it. Queueing at the post office to pick it up is not a good alternative to having it delivered at home, as they were paid to do.

Hi Malcolm Thank you for your review and honesty. It seems that you are very unlucky where you live with the Parcelforce delivery situation and it would be interesting to see if other people have had the same poor service. Thank you for explaining why my review was 3* for the delivery. Unfortunately it still goes against my overall 5* review record regardless of whether it's beyond my control or not but hopefully people will read the explanation too :) Saying that I am pleased that you like the artwork and hopefully you will be able to get it framed from next week when restrictions are eased a bit. I shall certainly think about offering more framed options where possible. Artfinder used to do a framing service option but this seems to have been removed. Thank you again, Teresa

This is my third piece from Teresa, they make excellent presents. Received very quickly and well packaged.

This painting is exactly as I thought it would be from the listing & matches the bee activity about my geraniums in the garden - it will remind me of the summer during the long dark winter!
