Tatiana created a beautiful piece as a commission for my husband's birthday. She knew there was limited time before his birthday and so turned it around quickly for me, which I was so grateful for. Though postage was delayed because of problems with import into the UK, this was completely the fault of UPS which created a faff. My husband loves the piece - it came out exactly as I had hoped. Great piece with a beautiful array of colors. Unfortunately there was some damage during shipping. It happens. On a positive note there has been great communication to resolve the issue. I look for to a similar replacement piece in the near future!
