Sylvie was excellent ti deal with. The postal service in France was not operating and so delivery of my paintingwas delayed. Sylvie followed up on this problem for me and stayed with it until the art was delivered to my home. It was reassuring to know that she was there for me when we were separated by thousands of miles. I love the piece and would purchase from Sylvie again. Many thanks Sylvie.

Very disappointed with this work. There was no mention in its description of a clump of wire wool, (which my husband refers to as 'pubic hair') OR the scattering of glitter, which makes it look very tacky. The shipping cost of £52.50 from Lille I thought was excessive, especially since it wasn't even protected in bubblewrap, just shoved in a box. Finally, the artist decided to STAPLE her business card to the front of the painting, which I can't remove without causing damage. I would not buy again from this person.

I am also very disappointed with your comments.Itwas visible on clicking on the image and even not.It is not wool or your husband suggestion made an omission in the description I should have added also mixed technics.My other clients like the style of acrylic and mixed technics for persons & womens paintings. Everybody interprets abstract painting differently. Shipping charges was informed before ordering. The painting was protected by two cartoons of 100x100 in each side in the cartoon box ,according to our experience it is protecting more the work that the bubblewrap (still very good) Re card,it is very easy to take off without no damage at all and was just for the information as we are very pleased with Artfinder way of working and their service. Generally when a client is disappointed I offer to make an exchange but here we would add more problems/misunderstanding/wrong interpretations each side.

Overall, a fantastic experience. We love the paintings and wish we could buy more. The seller's communications were excellent and delivery time very prompt. The only thing we thought was, as we had bought two paintings at one time, maybe the shipping shouldn't have been double but then again, maybe shipping goes by weight. A wonderful website, promoting wonderful artists.
