I love the painting very much. Unfortunately it arrived a little bit damaged. The artist mounted the picture in a card frame but it didn't have any backing. A Jiffy bag was used for postage but the frame mount and picture arrived creased. This is a shame. I think a stiff piece of cardboard in the package might have protected the painting better. The correspondence with the artist was very clear and the proverb was included as requested. my only reservation is with the postage not the quality of the work which is lovely.

I'm very upset with delivery disaster you've described and very sorry about it. I wrote "do not bend" on that envelope on both languages, but obviously it was not enough. I was thinking about protecting it more but was ensured by post office stuff it's not necessary. Can you please send me a photo of damaged artwork so I can deal with them? I can make another painting of this subject (not 100% same, it's impossible, but quite alike) and send it for free, or fully refund you, if you like.

Purchasing this painting from Svetlana was a pleasure in every way. She answered my questions in a very timely manner, notified me about shipping date, and even followed up about delivery. The piece was packaged more securely than anything I have ever had delivered my mail. There was no chance of damage to my artwork! I love the piece even more in person, although it was a very accurately depicted in photographs. Would recommend purchasing a piece from this artist! Will be checking for new works from her myself! Thank you!

Lana Tikhonova was an absolute dream to deal with, if anything she under-represented the packaging as the piece arrived thoroughly and completely packaged and protected as if a museum had sent it! The piece was more than I had hoped for, and my dealings with Lana were excellent! She kept me informed every step of the sayin the shipping process! If you are thinking of buying a piece of her work rest assured you are dealing with a consummate professional! Thank you Lana, I could not be happier!
