This artist was so nice to work with and her piece is my favorite! There a few issues with packaging but she was receptive to my suggestions. I certainly would purchase her art again.

The address on the packaged picture was incorrect, so it went around the town eventually ending up at my parents place! By then the packaging was squashed. The painting is lovely but needed better packaging and to check the address was correct.

Dear Tanya, I am very unpleasantly surprised about the address situation. I don't know how it could have possibly happened because I rewrote the address you gave me. I usually check it twice because I really give my best to avoid situations like this and want you to get the artwork as soon as possible. I really apologize about the problem that occured. Speaking of the package that was, as you say, squashed, I pack my paintings and all artworks in special tubes that I have personally tested by trying to brake or damage them, and believe me, it was almost impossible. So, that transport must have done something extreme to the tube. Otherwise, it's very strong. Anyways, thank you very much for giving me this information and writing the review, because it's useful to me. I will be more cautious about packing and will make extra protection because of, as you can see, probably unprofessional postmen! :) I apologize once again, and as an act of apology, I will send you an extra drawing FREE of charge :) Hope you are satisfied with the painting and I'm glad it's not damaged although the package was.
