My work is represented by the Gallery at Glyndebourne near Lewes.
Biography
I grew up near Lewes in Sussex where I now live and work. I paint landscapes, seascapes and river paintings. Most of my paintings begin their life outside - either on the beach, a cliff top or from my canoe; sometimes they get worked up in the studio, sometimes its not needed. I try to keep a sense of spontanaety in my paintings, and I try not to over work them.
I have always loved painting and I always knew that I wanted to go to Art school; I went to St Martins School of Art in London where I had a wonderful time, grew up a lot and learned a lot about paint!
I love Instagram where I put lots of paintings as well as research trips and general pics of my life as a painter.
