Delivery was good (next day) but the picture is a different colour to the one shown online, see attached picture.

Hi Martin, Sorry to hear you're not completely happy with the print - as they're variable editions and the inking process is quite painterly for the Shinrin-yoku prints, they do differ from print to print - based on your feedback I'll post more pictures of the prints and make it clearer in the listing that each print is different to avoid any disappointment. I'm happy to send you another print that is closer to the one originally pictured in the listing - I'll pop in a pre-paid self addressed envelope for you to send the previous print back? The linocut is beautiful in person. Looks stunning on my wall. I love it. Size was a bit off but I found a different way to mount the piece. Happy with my new art.
