On the plus side we like the picture. Everything else was a poor experience. The artist gave a lead time from order placement to shipping, that came and went with not a word from him. When I chased him up he then gave me a revised shipment date, which just so happened to be before a holiday weekend and, although technically shipped on the day he said, it was after the cut off time for the delivery company, add another few days delay. As the process dragged on his communications became shorter and ruder. The artist uses UPS who eventually gave us a delivery day (no time slot information just a whole day) which they missed - their driver didn't have time to complete his round !!! Not the artist's fault but he chooses to use them over other delivery companies. Eventually after much chasing on our part we got an expected delivery time which was met. Not an experience I'm going to subject myself to again.

The vibrant colors of this painting really Pop, and almost glow in the evening! The painting really comes to life with the contrasts in colors. Very beautiful! I have displayed this, above a doorway which leads into a room where the larger painting of the mother and baby elephants "holding hands"/trunks is displayed, so it appears as if the larger one is below this one. It is a very powerful combination of artwork pieces. Shipment to the U.S. went very smoothly, too!

"A Hand to Hold" is very beautiful, with its vibrant colors! It almost glows in the evening light. I have hung it below the smaller elephant painting in the silver sun, and they look amazing together! Shipment to the U.S. went well, despite the complications of the pandemic. This is a beautiful and fun painting for elephant lovers!

Love the artwork. It’s a great addition over our bed and size was as described. The artist did take a long time to actually ship the painting, well over two weeks from my order date and if I don’t include weekend days as business days, the painting was still shipped past the promised shipment time in the artist policies page. Shipment was also delayed without any explanation or communication from the artist. When I inquired about the shipping delay it took the artist over 48 hours to respond and i received very short responses. It came to the point where I felt like my inquiries were almost seen as bothersome by the artist. The art itself is great and worth the price but not sure if I would purchase again based on the slow response times, terse responses and the amount of time to actually ship the piece.

I had a query about the delivery and the seller replied quickly. There were no problems with the delivery and the painting was as expected.

A beautiful piece very well packaged and delivered very promptly considering the global situation. There is a lovely texture to the piece and the artwork is very substantial and powerful. Communication was prompt and clear throughout. Thanks Stuart!
