My shipment is still not here and has taken over a month and counting. Stuart has been proactive but shipment has been unreliable from the UK through artfinder now twice. I had to return the last sculpture. Second order and second time shipment terrible

I dispatched this as soon as I received the order. the problems have arisen once the parcel arrived at the couriers. I have been chasing this delivery since the delivery stalled. The parcel was sent with Fedex and they have been experiencing problems in Europe where the consignment was held up for over a week. It has finally got to the USA but again has been held up by Fedex. I have chased them this morning and am awaiting an update from them. I have apologised to Salvatore on several occasions about the delay but this is something that is out of my hands. I am as frustrated as he is. I continue to chase Fedex and will continue to do so until it is actually delivered. FedEx have finally delivered the sculpture, they seemed to be having major problems in both Europe and the USA.

Absolutely love our sculpture. The only minor negative was it was packed in masses of flow pak. Its not very environmentally friendly and a nightmare to get rid of!

Dear David, Thanks for your review. I use packing peanuts which are made of starch and these can be composted, the figures are fragile and it is a difficult balance between wrapping them in bubble wrap and other materials to ensure that they arrive safely.
