The architectural complex of the Slaughterhouse of Testaccio, built between 1888 and 1891 by Gioacchino Ersoch, is considered one of the most important buildings of industrial archeology in the city due to the modernity and originality of its structures. At the beginning of the 2000s the restoration project was born from an idea of ​​Zoneattive. Since 2010, the conservation intervention has redeveloped the pavilions used for water tanks and for the slaughter of pigs. The management is entrusted to the Museums of the Municipality of the Capitoline Superintendence for Cultural Heritage (Rome).

    The materials I work with in my works of art. Fabrics that I dye with the colors I need, photos taken by myself above the balloon while I was flying over Cappadocia (Turkey). The colors of the fabrics have the colors of dawn as when I had this experience. Very poetic experience.
